The Nutrition Check Up

This service provides a detailed analysis of your current eating habits based on a 7-day food diary. Over the course of a week, you’ll record everything you eat and drink, giving an accurate snapshot of your usual intake.

Using specialised nutrition analysis software, I will assess your diet and compare your intake with your individual recommended requirements for energy, macronutrients, vitamins and minerals.

You will receive a personalised report that includes:

• A detailed breakdown of your energy, carbohydrate, protein and fat intake
• Analysis of key vitamins and minerals
• Comparison of your intake against recommended dietary guidelines
• Identification of any nutritional gaps or excesses
• Clear explanations of what the results mean for your health
• Practical, personalised recommendations to help improve your diet
